THE PLAY OF LOVE
#A2ZBlogchatterchallenge
Answer me alphabetically, in order,
She raised her voice once again!
I stood still,
with her put- forth questions,
Like a soldier asking to repeat the order
again!
The wine glass in her hands,
Dances with the shake of her fingers,
As her high heels, make her move in a zig zag
path!
She must be drunk, I suppose, and believed,
Until she stood still and gave me a steady
look into my eyes!
Love is a magical drug,
That wants to grab attention,
And so did she!
Answer me!
She raised her voice again.
Yes, your majesty! I said
And placed my lips over hers,
And the ring, into her glass full of wine.
Her lips smiled for a minute; my eyes noticed.
Just then, the sun came,
And the reader closed his book.
And we stand still, like this,
Until the reader arrives again.
Could have left with our lips on each other,
I say.
Uh! I can't stand withy heels on for so long!
She cries.
Oh this was lovely! I loved how you pivoted to a reader and the characters having to pause in the middle of the scene.
